It took a 5:45am lap around Swanguard stadium to get her into the driver’s seat of a car, but now that she has driven around town a little bit, there’s nothing holding her down. She went to Pitt Meadows last night for an MK appointment – ON HER OWN! Who knows where she’ll be spotted next 🙂
yes indeed…and I got home from Pitt Meadows too! (I took a different route…# 1, #7B or something like that…purely by accident) and rested on the assurance of that old adage…all roads going west lead to …UBC…
I figured if I could get near UBC, I could get home.

I locked myself out of the house this morning…I had to break into my own house by climbing into a 2nd (okay…1 and a half) story window… into my room. It was most embarrassing, seeing as it was initially out of my reach, so I had to scrounge around the back for some kind of ladder or something…I found a chair. I then proceeded to wrestle through the blackberry brambles and climb up to the window and suspend myself on the windowsill, bum and legs still flailing outside the window. somehow i reoriented myself and jumped down feet first into my room, to the amusement of all the passing cars and pedestrians on busy W.57th avenue…
